As our Account Strategist in the Emerging Benelux & Nordics team in Barcelona, you’ll be vital to the continued expansion of our business in the region. You’ll work with a fantastic international team, and you’ll be rewarded for excellence.
Client Management
* Provide operational account management to small to medium sized advertisers in line with our service level agreements. You grow revenue and optimize accounts to improve performance for the client.
* Develop and maintain strong partnerships with small to medium-sized clients at all levels from Traffic Manager to CMO.
* Advise on client’s digital strategy and educate advertisers on Criteo’s technology across channels and devices, articulating that to different stakeholders within the client company. You are credible and seen as a trusted account manager.
* Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Performance Analysis
* Optimize accounts to improve performance for small to medium-sized clients and identify growth opportunities. Provide consultative guidance on market challenges and recommended solutions to overcome those.
* Proactively anticipate and reduce the likelihood of possible client churn.
* Provide the client with market knowledge to support the client’s development on a long-term basis.
* Respond to questions around measurement, specifically incrementality and attribution, guiding clients accordingly based on their marketing goals.
Demonstrate Upselling Capacity
* Show effective and impactful negotiation skills that positively impact your book of business.
* Use a consultative approach to upsell new solutions, understanding your clients' objectives and pitching relevant solutions connected to their short-term business plans.
* Inspire the growth of your clients by promoting innovative cross-channel perspectives.
* Create successful campaigns in line with clients' objectives.
* Keep all relevant information from interactions with your clients in our CRM.
Project Involvement
* Manage side projects that impact your individual book of business or team, driving those with support from your team lead, manager, or peers.
Learning and Growth
* Be open to coaching and mentoring by peers who have experience working with larger clients. Proactively work on developing your strengths.
Who You Are:

* Analytical skills and attention to detail to explore product performances and explain any recommendations made.
* Proven sales and client service track record, ideally in a tech or marketing-related field.
* Strong commercial experience required, ideally both remote (virtual) and in-person.
* Business fluent in English - both spoken and written, with Dutch or a Nordic language as a plus.
