The Role
We are looking for a
field-focused, commercially minded Sales Representative (autónomo)
to help expand our presence with:
* Interior design studios
* Kitchen showrooms
* Property-focused businesses
This role combines
cold outreach, relationship building, and on-site visits
, with the objective of building a
long-term sales pipeline
and generating consistent monthly pack sales.
This is a
hands-on role
suited to someone comfortable speaking with business owners, presenting a clear value proposition, and following up professionally.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct
cold outreach and in-person visits
to interior designers and kitchen showrooms
- Present Kitchen Pack's services clearly and professionally
- Build and manage a
pipeline of active prospects
- Identify opportunities for repeat and long-term partnerships
- Follow up leads and manage opportunities through to close
- Provide market feedback to help refine sales strategy
- Represent the brand professionally in all interactions

* A growing pipeline of qualified interior designers and kitchen showrooms
* Consistent monthly pack sales
* Strong relationships that lead to repeat business
* Clear visibility of opportunities for long-term growth
Compensation
* Base retainer
(autónomo contract)
- Tiered commission structure
based on packs sold
- Increased commission at higher performance levels

Who This Role Is For
