The Club Manager will developand execute strategies to grow revenue, maintain high service standards, and deliver exceptional guest andmember experiences. competitive edge in the market.Align club activities with long-term business goals, regularly reviewing operational performance and making
adjustments as needed.Maintain strong relationships with asset management, ownership and other senior managers on site,
providing regular updates on financial performance, operations, and key initiatives.Operational Oversight:Ensure high operational efficiency and service standards across all departments.Oversee the golf course maintenance team to ensure the course is in pristine condition, addressing any
operational or aesthetic issues.Lead the Food
& Beverage department, ensuring exceptional dining experiences in the restaurant and during
events.Manage golf operations, including tee times, tournaments, and guest services, ensuring smooth flow and
premium service.Ensure seamless coordination between departments, including housekeeping, pro shop, events, and F&B, to
deliver a cohesive guest experience.Financial Management:Prepare, manage, and oversee the club's annual operating budget, ensuring financial goals are met and
operational efficiency is maintained.Develop and implement revenue-driving strategies through membership sales, events, golf operations, retail
and F&B services.Monitor financial performance, including profit and loss statements, cost control, and revenue generation.Implement cost-saving measures without compromising service quality or member experience.Members & Guest Relations:Cultivate a welcoming and vibrant environment for both members and guests, addressing concerns promptly
and ensuring satisfaction.Manage and attend key meeting with any committees, members and societies to develop relationships and
ensure golfers that the businesses decision making is aligned with its key objectives.Establish and nurture relationships with current and potential members, fostering a sense of community and
loyalty.Organise regular events, tournaments, and activities to enhance the member experience and encourage
repeat visits.Staff Management & Development:Recruit, train, and manage a large team of department heads and staff, ensuring a high level of performance
across all areas.Promote a positive work culture, encourage teamwork, and provide leadership to managers and staff at all
levels.Implement staff training and development programs to maintain high service standards and operationalconsistency.Conduct regular performance reviews, providing feedback and coaching to ensure the ongoing growth of the
team.Compliance & Safety:Ensure the club adheres to all local laws and regulations, including food hygiene, fire safety, and labour laws.Maintain up-to-date certifications and licenses for all relevant business areas, including retail alcohol and
tobacco sales, food safety, and fire prevention.Develop and enforce safety protocols, ensuring the well-being of guests, staff, and assets across the facility.Event & Tournaments Management:Oversee the planning and execution of high-profile golf tournaments, corporate events, weddings, and other
MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) activities.Oversee the events team to ensure successful coordination between departments and a flawless guest
experience.Promote the club as a thriving destination for golf and corporate events, driving event bookings and revenue
