Experteer Overview In this role you lead the cyber, information security, and digital risk programs to protect our assets and enable sustainable business growth. You will define a company-wide security vision, translate it into multi-year strategy, and own the improvement roadmap. You will oversee governance, incident response, and risk-based decision making across a global, multi-cultural organization. - Define and adopt the cyber and digital information security vision, strategy, and policies aligned with business objectives and risk appetite
- Lead the multi-year cyber and information security strategy and investment roadmap, including awareness and behavior programs
- Establish and maintain company-wide cyber information security governance
- Coordinate identify, detect and respond capabilities and cyber incident simulations
- Assess current and future cyber risks and design appropriate risk responses
- Validate effectiveness of controls and advise on compliance with standards and regulations
- Navigate high-level cyber security challenges in an international, multi-cultural environment
- Communicate security concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Balance protection with investment through risk-based decision makingResponsabilidades
- 10+ years in cyber security, risk management, and IT roles
- 5+ years in a leadership role with proven strategy and program ownership
- Experience with NIST framework and IEC-62443
- Proven track record in managing outsourced cyber security services
- Strong stakeholder engagement and storytelling skills for diverse audiences
- Excellent communication and influencing abilities
