You will act as the operational backbone for the cybersecurity portfolio, ensuring project delivery is optimized and standardized across teams.Key requirements:Proven experience in PMO, Project Coordination, or Project Analyst rolesStrong organizational skills and attention to detail, able to maintain a "single source of truth" for all projectsAnalytical mindset: able to spot trends, risks, or potential blockers proactivelyExperience consolidating reports and dashboards for executive oversightResource tracking and allocation experience, ensuring critical teams are properly managedFamiliarity with PMO frameworks and methodology governanceAbility to maintain centralized RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and escalate issues timelyProactive and effective communication with stakeholders and technical leadsFluent English (mandatory)Nice to have:Experience supporting cybersecurity initiatives or IT projectsExposure to enterprise portfolio management or financial trackingStrong soft skills: facilitation, coordination, and stakeholder engagementWHAT WILL YOU DO?Consolidate status reports from multiple cybersecurity workstreams into a unified dashboard for portfolio leadershipTrack project budgets, invoices, and highlight potential overruns before they become issuesMonitor team capacity and resource allocation across multiple projectsEnsure adherence to PMO methodology and maintain high-quality project documentationMaintain centralized Portfolio RAID logs and escalate blockers proactivelyIdentify trends or delays in project delivery and suggest corrective actionsAct as a bridge between individual Project Managers and Portfolio leadership, supporting efficient executionWHY US?Join our dynamic team of talented individuals and experience a world of growth and opportunities.
