Responsibilities include researching and verifying requested documents, managing documentation, organizing, and registering entry and exit boxes according to company procedures. The role also involves client service via telephone in some departments.Responsibilities
Control document research requests received via email, internal system, or client system.Register and search for document data in specific systems or spreadsheets, following supervisor guidance.Verify and locate physical, digital, or copied documents as per requests.Send requested documents to the routing area for delivery or return documents with discrepancies.Locate document boxes following instructions, then return them to their original location after research.Complete daily activity reports (OPLOG form) for performance monitoring.Assist other departments and perform related tasks as directed by the supervisor when not engaged in primary duties.Update control spreadsheets and input data into internal or client systems as required.Respond to client inquiries via phone and web support.Receive and verify physical documents received via courier, confirming receipt in the system.Provide external service at client sites or other company units, handling document preparation and organization for storage.Requirements
