We are seeking dynamic, highly motivated individuals with experience in delivering people programs, including client engagements to support large scale global transformational programs, in areas such as:
HR Strategy: Define the HR strategy to deliver value to the business, enhance their reputation and minimize risk with key stakeholders and government. Lead and manage HR strategic transformation programs driving performance and value through impactful workforce insights & intelligent HR reporting.
HR Transformation: Design a service-oriented target operating model and position HR as a value-adding partner to the business.
HR Technology: Explore alternatives to the recommended solutions and support configuring solution requirements on the products, diagnose root causes of issues, seek clarifications, and identify and shortlist solution alternatives for implementation.
The successful candidate will be expected to:
Lead and work with cross-functional teams to deliver excellent client service, including stakeholder management, meeting and workshop facilitation, deliverable creation, project, financial management, and coaching/mentoring junior team members.
Manage and guide a project team ensuring quality of deliverables and client relationship management.
Contribute to the development and evolution of methodologies and intellectual capital including articles, whitepapers, and methodology guides.
Develop client network, proactively reaching out to clients and prospects to discuss issues and needs and forming productive relationships.
Participate in business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and assisting with proposal responses and client outreach.
The successful candidate should bring the following qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university required; HR advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 7 – 8 years' consulting experience in HR Transformation or Human Capital.
Experience in defining HR Target Operating Model (process, service delivery model, etc.) and HR Technologies (SSFF, Oracle, Workday, ServiceNow, etc.).
English with C2 Proficiency.
Other certifications: HCM (SSFF, Oracle, Workday), Scrum Master, Design Thinking, Prosci, PMI, SHRM, HR technology certifications.
