You'll be a commercial driver, someone who understands the market and knows how to turn conversations into long‐term collaborations.Identify, approach, and close new event organiser and ticketing partnerships across Spain and PortugalBuild strong, long‐term relationships with key stakeholders in the live events industryDrive revenue growth in the region by increasing event adoptionOwn the full sales cycle: from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and contract closureRepresent TicketSwap at industry events, conferences, and key partner meetings across IberiaCollaborate closely with Account Management and Operations to ensure smooth partner onboardingTranslate local market feedback into actionable insights for internal teamsMonitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments in Spain and PortugalDevelop regional growth strategies together with the Iberian Region LeadTrack performance against targets and proactively adjust your approach where neededContribute to improving internal sales processes and toolingAbout You We're looking for someone who combines commercial drive with genuine curiosity about the live events industry.Have at least 5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales, ideally within ticketing, events, marketplaces, or techKnow the Spanish market well and understand how the live entertainment ecosystem works (Portugal is a strong plus)Speak fluent Spanish and English (both written and spoken).
