Position Overview
We are seeking a ServiceNow Tech Lead with strong knowledge in Order Management or other ServiceNow modules such as CSM, ITSM, HRSD, or SPM to join a high-impact international project delivered by Amadeus in collaboration with external vendors.

Remote from Spain (Nearshore)
Your Role
* Support a distributed development team across Europe and India by providing technical guidance and support.
* Ensure the quality of deliverables.
* Lead the design and development of complex requirements.
Requirements
* Strong knowledge of ServiceNow products, with a preference for Order Management; understanding of Project Management processes and SAFe methodology.
* Experience with release management and code versioning best practices.
* Experience in technical and functional testing, including test script creation and execution.
* Previous involvement in Agile / SCRUM environments.
* Collaborative mindset : able to work effectively with diverse teams (technical, functional, junior, senior, management).
* Language : Fluent English (written and spoken).
