Your primary responsibilities for the position include:
* Supporting initiatives of NPD / Insourcing.
* Collaborating closely with the Global Team based in the US.
* Assisting in contacting RM vendors (supporting the Procurement Manager).
* Supporting the definition of business allocation.
* Outlining appropriate implementation and resolution plans in case of issues.
* Contributing to the delivery of savings and working capital improvements annually, aligned with company targets.
* Assessing and tracking market trends for assigned commodities, particularly in Spain and Italy.
* Supporting the achievement of corporate objectives such as growth initiatives, including supplier lead-time reduction, materials agreements, payment terms improvements, make vs. buy analysis, and employing cost mitigation tactics.
* Upholding the company’s principles, business controls, ethics, policies, procedures, and professional standards.
* Supporting the development and negotiation of contracts.
* Developing and recommending strategies to enhance supplier competitiveness.
* Collaborating with global cross-functional teams to deliver cost and service improvements.
* Supporting stakeholders in sustainability and circular economy initiatives, aligning with Revlon’s sourcing strategy to meet Sustainable Development Goals.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree required.
* Proficiency in Spanish and English;
Italian is a plus.
* Experience in raw materials within FMCG or cosmetics companies is preferred, with at least 2 years in procurement or supply chain roles.
