You will work closely with highly talented game designers, artists, and other engineers to design, implement, and launch a large-scale multiplayer experience and leave your mark on a game that will last for years.What You’ll AchieveDevelop tools and workflows for designers and artists to create compelling game experiences for our playersDevelop pipelines to deliver new game content to players efficientlyDevelop and improve existing tools to test, instrument, profile, and analyze client code to improve game performanceObserve the studio’s development guidelines and help drive the project’s code style and architectural excellence in close communication with other developers.Produce technical design documentation to educate stakeholders and fellow engineers about software design decisions and principlesCollaborate with the Central Tech team when appropriateTriage and resolve high-impact issues that arise while working in a live environmentAdditional client engineering tasks as requiredWhat You’ll Need To Be Successful7+ years of software engineering experience in the games industryExperience working with designers and artists to solicit requirementsExperience building intuitive tools and pipelines to support game developmentExperience extending the Unity Editor to increase development efficiencyExperience developing mobile games with UnityAbility to solicit and incorporate game feature feedback in a highly iterative processAbility to work on a cross-disciplinary game development teamHigh-energy, hands-on individual with attention to detail and comfortable in an entrepreneurial environmentStrong understanding of game mechanics and design principlesFluent in English with interpersonal communication skillsThere are many reasons to join us, but here are a few :
