Job Purpose
We are seeking a highly skilled IT AI, Automation, and Innovation Lead to join our team as part of our growth strategy. This role is within the IT Strategy and Portfolio team, supporting the technology setup, design, and implementation for our standalone Ice Cream business. The role focuses on driving the adoption of AI and automation technologies to improve operational efficiency, innovate, and enhance business processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a roadmap for AI, automation, and emerging technologies aligned with business goals.
* Innovation: Identify and evaluate new AI and automation technologies for potential impact.
* Implementation: Lead the design and deployment of AI and automation solutions, ensuring they meet requirements.
* Collaboration: Work with stakeholders, including business units and external partners, to gather requirements and ensure project success.
* Process Improvement: Analyze and optimize existing business processes through automation.
* Performance Monitoring: Evaluate and adjust AI and automation solutions for optimal results.
* Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of projects and solutions.
* Technical Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams.
* Compliance: Ensure solutions adhere to regulatory and compliance standards.
Skills and Experience Required
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
