We are looking for a Chinese Cuisine Chef to lead the kitchen team of a Chinese company in Madrid. This position requires proven experience in traditional Chinese cooking, fluency in Mandarin, and a strong focus on culinary excellence.
* Reporting to the Executive Chef of B\ &I and the Culinary Directorof the company in Spain.
* Conduct culinary R\ &D activities, exploring andselecting new Chinese suppliers and products.
* Ensure the highest standards of flavor, temperature, and presentation for Chinese cuisine.
* Maintain consistency and creativity in food display and preparation.
* Communicate with clients to adapt dishes to their specific preferences when necessary.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within high-end kitchens.
* Extensive knowledge of Chinese gastronomy across all regions, techniques, and concepts.
* Familiarity with HACCP standards and food safety regulations.
* Creativity, team leadership, schedule flexibility, and ability to work under pressure in dynamic environments.
* Meticulous attention to detail and strong capacity for innovation.
* Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
* Knowledge of Spanish or English is preferred but not essential
* Permanent contract.
