At Zahoree Company, we are expanding our international support team and are looking for Technical Support Specialists to support customers in the Norway. If you enjoy troubleshooting, working with innovative technology, and delivering outstanding customer service, we would love to hear from you.
Your Mission
As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be the main point of contact for our international customers, helping them resolve technical issues and ensuring a smooth experience with their smart home devices.
What You’ll Do
* Provide technical support in Norwegian, as well as English, via phone, email, and remote assistance.
* Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues related to smart home devices.
* Assist customers with the installation, setup, and configuration of their systems.
* Clearly explain technical solutions to customers with different levels of technical knowledge.
* Document technical issues and solutions to improve future service.
* Collaborate with the technical team to escalate complex cases and continuously improve support processes.
What We’re Looking For
* Fluent Norwegian (required).
* Good level of English.
* Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
* Passion for technology and customer support.
* Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and clear way.
* Good organizational and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment.
* Proactive mindset and willingness to learn and grow.
Bonus Points If You Have
* Previous experience in technical support, IT helpdesk, or customer service.
* Familiarity with smart home devices (lighting systems, security cameras, voice assistants, etc.).
* Experience supporting international customers.
