We are looking to hire a Functional Analyst with solid experience in private banking / wealth management and knowledge in profitability analysis, capable of translating complex financial requirements into clear functional specifications for technical teams.
Requisitos:
* At least 1 year of experience as a Functional Analyst.
* Previous experience in wealth management, private banking, or asset management projects.
* Strong knowledge of financial products, investment instruments, and profitability metrics.
* Proficiency with documentation and requirements tracking tools such as JIRA, Confluence.
* Ability to define and document profitability calculation models, ensuring correct technical interpretation.
* Participate in functional validations with key users.
* Good command of English is a plus.
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with UX Designers to ensure user stories reflect business objectives.
* Validate that calculation engine results align with business definitions.
* Work with QA teams to define test cases and acceptance criteria.
* Participate in functional validations with key users.

* Gather and document complex business requirements, transforming them into detailed functional specifications.
