**What this role is all about**:
We recently received our Series A funding from Leeds Illuminate, and we’re now hiring for a Lead SEO Marketing Manager to support Product School’s growth.

You will join a company where our Product is beloved by customers; check out our reviews on Course Report, Yelp, and Quora. You are joining at a time when we have established an incredible product with a strong product-market fit, and we need you to help supercharge our momentum to accelerate our growth.

**What You’ll Do**
- Define and execute on SEO strategy and roadmap, including leveraging internal and external resources, managing dependencies and deadlines
- Work effectively in a relatively flat organization, building collaboration and influencing teams across the company, namely Engineering and Product
- Increase traffic to our owned site(s) and improve conversion rates
- Monitor key SEO KPIs and present those learnings (and key recommendations) to leadership
- Keep up to date on new and trending SEO developments
- Manage a small but mighty team of Marketers

**Your Experience**
- At least 5 years of SEO experience, at an agency or within a consumer internet, media, or marketplace company
- Experience in editing content and QA’ing work of junior team members
- Proactive communication style
- Solution-oriented attitude that approaches challenges as opportunities
- Spoken and written English proficiency
