Your Mission
This role is not just about managing accounts — it's about building them from scratch. If you thrive in acquisition-driven sales, enjoy cold calling, and love closing new business, you'll feel right at home.
At the same time, account development is a clear part of the role. You will also take over existing customers and grow them further through up- and cross-selling with clear targets. And once you close a new customer, you keep and grow that account — no handoffs.
Responsibilities
* Lead outbound sales efforts: cold calls, LinkedIn, email, video — whatever it takes to start conversations and win new business
* Build your own pipeline and close new accounts with coffee roasters, private-label brands, co-packers, and other industry players
* Take full ownership of your customers — from first contact to signed contract to long-term relationship management
* Develop and grow your accounts through up-selling, cross-selling, and proactive support
* Take over existing customers in the region and continue growing their value through trust and added services
* Work closely with the founders and marketing to refine messaging and identify key target segments
* Keep CRM and reporting clean, transparent, and actionable
* Stay tuned in to the market — coffee, packaging, B2B buying behavior — and share insights with the team
What You Bring
Must-Haves
* 2+ years of B2B sales experience on UK or North Europe market, including outbound and new business development
* Proven track record of closing deals and growing accounts
* Advanced or Native English. Scandinavian languages will be a plus.
* Strong communication and consultative sales skills
* High self-motivation and comfort working independently in a remote setup
* A hands-on, energetic mindset — you get things done and own your numbers
Nice-to-Haves
* Previous experience working in a startup or early-stage environment
* Familiarity with the coffee or packaging industry and its customer base
* Experience selling in international markets or working with cross-border clients
