Your Role
– Represent our brand at leading industry events and trade shows (e.g., Mary Jane Berlin, Cultiva)
– Handle press and media relations: build and maintain press contacts, write press releases, and conduct interviews
– Coordinate with influencers and content creators, actively contribute to Reels, Stories, and collaborations
– Develop and implement communication strategies to elevate brand awareness and reputation
– Collaborate closely with our design, sales, marketing teams, and external partners
– Ensure a strong and consistent brand presence across all channels — visually and verbally
– Write with style and precision: from Instagram captions to professional press statements
What We’re Looking For
– Native- / High-Level English and German (C2/C1-level) is a mandatory requirement for this position. You can speak fluently and confidently in both German and English.
– You have a passion for branding, visual storytelling, and contemporary communication
– At least 2 years of professional experience in communications, PR, or brand management
– You’re outgoing, love engaging with people, and can communicate naturally and convincingly
– You’re quick-witted and great at remembering and presenting key information
– Willingness to travel across Europe for events and trade fairs
– Independent, well-organized, and confident in your work
– Ideally, you have a genuine interest in our industry or a similarly dynamic field
– You are based in the Tarragona region or willing to relocate for this job.
