The Role
As a Sales Operations Manager, you will assist the Expereo sales team to achieve their targets. You will work on the administration side of the business which includes handling correspondence, reviewing opportunities, and creating as well as distributing quotations.
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain Expereo’s Back Office Systems through data management
Create and submit qualified quote requests to customers in a timely manner
Set-up and implement quote processes and reporting to track data within the sales organization
Submit availability and pricing check requests and track them to completion
Manage the correspondence between internal departments while meeting customer deadlines
Provide data analysis and sales reports to support the sales team
Maintain communications through the quoting and ordering process
Support Sales Project Manager in pre/post-sales planning of large Internet and SD-WAN RFPs.
Develop internal tools to support the team and improve work quality.
Supports Management with the improvement of reporting on commercial activities.
Monitor customer retention and helps to improve this Work with various sales tools, such as Salesforce and Expereo’s backoffice systems
Work with the Customer Success and Sales Engineering teams to ensure the customer satisfaction data is correctly captured and processed
Takes full ownership of tracking the end-to-end quote process and conversion rates
Experience and soft skills:
Educated to degree level in Business, Technology or Marketing
A minimum of3-5years’ sales operations experience within a B2B and / or strategic customer segment
A minimum of 3-5 years of people management with a record on success stories
Has worked within an international environment
A strong understanding of the customer journey
Previous experience, strongly underpinned by an understanding of business processes and products
Strong analytical skills
Able to manage, collaborate and critically prioritize, ensuring the utmost efficiency between teams
Fluency in the English language.
Technical skills:
Familiar with databases and CRM software
Experience with Microsoft Office
