In Tappx we keep growing and, therefore, we are looking for new talented people to join our SSP department.


As a Programmatic Account Manager you will manage and optimize the assigned client portfolio.:


Account optimization (Maintenance)

●Customer communication.

●Compliance / monitoring of KPIs (Client and Tappx) (rCPM, discrepancies, errors - timeouts, reports for demand partners, Supply Quality)

●Understand the behavior of accounts (ups and downs) from a technical and business point of view.

●Ensure that the account is always at 100% potential (Targeting options; Blacklist Apps, new apps pending to be created, etc.)

●Solve / Bridge with specific account issues (IT - Demand)

●Invoices payment closing and coordination / payment tracking.


UpSelling (New revenues)

●Analysis of accounts to identify where the growth potential is (Geos, formats, specific publishers, etc.)

●Communication with the client to identify new ways to increase revenues.

●Support in new initiatives / formats (CTV, Rewarded, contextual, Web traffic, Data centers, etc.)

Requirements:

We are looking for if you have:


* 3+ year experience in the programmatic advertising industry (Account Manager, Biz Dev Manager, etc)
* Data analysis capability, analytical mindset.
* Advanced use of Excel.
* Consultative Sales techniques.
* Knowledge of industry KPIs.
* Finished master’s or bachelor’s Degree.
* Any knowledge about the digital marketing environment is an advantage
