Our Client is looking for a Regional Sales Director with over 10 years’ experience in B2B industry, knowledge on Waste or Recycling industry - preferred but not mandatory.The Regional Sales Directors will report to the VP Head of General Sales & Mktg for the Recycling business and coordinate about 25 sales resources dedicated to the Recycling Business.He/she will be responsible for implementing a systematic sales operational management plan and a strategical approach.**Responsibilities**:- Ensure effective internal organization of managed processes and structures including relationship and cooperation with Service and CPM Team- Ensure all relevant proposals, compliance to rules, order confirmations, updating CRM 365/IFS and Power BI- Handle high-level discussions with main partners / integrators and KAC Key Accounts- Coordinate and manage weekly forecast in a very precise way and with vision. Lead sales operations in the continent- Participate to exhibitions and conferences- **Over 10 years’ experience in B2B industry, knowledge on Waste or Recycling industry - preferred but not mandatory**:- Extensive experience in working in a international environments and in managing people and big partners- Entrepreneurial. **Strong, ambitious and inspiring leader, able to inspire, develop, coach and motivate a 25 people’s the team (Sales + Inside Sales)**:- Proven track record of successful contract negotiation. He/she needs to be able to successfully lead significant contract negotiations- Fluent in spoken and written English. Knowledge of any other European language will be a plus.- **Willing to travel extensively, in the entire assigned territory**.
