Nous recherchons un Responsable Qualité projet (H/F) qui sera en charge de la qualité des projets au sein d’une équipe. Il/elle devra assurer le respect des exigences de qualité dans le cadre des procédures et normes GE ainsi que des exigences contractuelles des clients.
GE Hydro is looking for a Project Quality Leader in charge of the quality of projects. As part of a project team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance to quality requirements within the framework of the GE procedures and standards as well as contractual customer requirements.
Responsibilities
At Project Launch
Analyze the project contract in terms of QA/QC.
Provide the contract QA/QC requirements to the project team and support function kick‑off meetings to ensure all specific contractual requirements are transmitted to stakeholders (suppliers, GE2GE, etc.).
Define project‑specific processes and documents to meet customer requirements.
Consolidate lessons learned from previous projects to prevent future issues.
Define with the project director the strategy for quality assurance and risk identification, translating identified risks into mitigation plans.
Issue the project quality plan and inspection test plan and obtain customer approval.
During Project Execution
Implement, support, and monitor compliance with project processes and tools (PGR, PMR, R&O;, DR, NCR/CoQ).
Coordinate and drive mitigation of project risks to prevent defects and ensure defect escape prevention.
Prepare and coordinate quality inspections as per ITP with customer and supply chain to secure compliance with quality and contract requirements.
Manage the databook (project quality records) preparation and delivery.
Monitor project process performance periodically and implement appropriate actions to improve results.
Ensure relevance of all non‑conformities including cost of non‑quality data related to the project.
Support the project director in the analysis and management of cost of non‑quality, related claim processes, curative and containment actions, corrective and preventive actions.
Obtain customer approval of the non‑conformity curative plan when relevant.
Site Preparation
Adapt to the project best practices for site erection execution.
Support site leader/manager for the preparation of all resources needed for excellent site execution, including training, personnel qualifications, and proper information.
Site Execution
Ensure execution according to GE requirements (valid documents, control plan).
Ensure qualification of staff and maintenance of tools, including calibration and qualification for measurement, welding, painting, etc.
Ensure quality records are completed as per control plan and support coordination with third parties or customers.
Perform process audits at site, including but not limited to:
Support the preparation of documents to protect GE in case of third‑party claims.
Ensure the execution of the process from Red Mark to As‑Build documentation.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (mechanical or materials).
Min. 3 years of solid experience in Quality or Project Management.
Fluent in English and French;
knowledge of another language (Spanish or German) is a plus.
Rigorous compliance and EHS orientation.
Ability to influence others and lead small teams.
