Perform quality investigation on complaint products as part of the Post-market Surveillance team
Plan and implement technical laboratory experiments and returned product evaluations, providing feedback and suggestions based on experimental results. Contribute to experimental planning and advance research and manufacturing processes.
This is a temporary contract of 8 months.
How you’ll make an impact:
* Coordinate and conduct independent investigational testing and analysis, including data collection and analysis under supervision.
* Write and execute protocols as needed.
* Acquire images using the Digital Microscope System if required.
* Participate in special projects related to evaluation of existing and developmental products and processes.
* Prepare and document laboratory data according to FDA, ISO, and in-house guidelines.
* Prepare technical findings reports, summaries, protocols, and perform quantitative analysis. Observe, analyze, and draw conclusions from testing. Maintain accurate records of methods, measurements, and observations.
* Monitor, collect, and analyze results from routine samples and test methods per established procedures and protocols.
* Perform other incidental duties as assigned by leadership.
What you’ll need:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Scientific field is required.
Experience in the medical device, pharmaceutical industry, or lab environment is preferred.
