We are currently seeking a Technical Office Lead – MEP to join our team and lead the technical and commercial management of MEP works within this landmark project.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the MEP Technical Office activities on site.
- Coordinate closely with the Design and Procurement departments.
- Prepare budgets and carry out cost comparisons for different MEP packages.
- Monitor, review, and report daily site progress.
- Review subcontractors' interim payment certification submittals.
- Prepare and validate payment certifications for submission to the Client.
- Participate in technical and financial meetings with DF and DEO representatives.
- Ensure technical and cost control throughout the execution phase.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction projects.
- Proven experience in MEP works, specifically in:
- Mechanical works – HVAC
- Plumbing systems
- Fire protection systems
- Experience in cost control, budgeting, and commercial comparisons.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and MS Office.
- Experience working collaboratively with Design and Procurement teams.
- Excellent command of both English and Spanish (mandatory). xqbhyrx
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Civil Enginerring or related field.
