Experteer Overview In this role you drive On-Trade performance by executing the commercial plan for key customers, negotiating for distribution and visibility, and activating brands at the point of purchase. You will work within the On-Trade team to deliver regional objectives, guided by the Country IAP, and identify opportunities to create value for Bacardi. You’ll engage cross-functionally to shape strategies and respond to dynamic market needs. This is a hands-on, impact-focused position with a strong emphasis on external influence and results.Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Implement the Commercial plan for On-Trade customers in the region to meet IAP objectives
- Negotiate in point-of-sale discussions to secure distribution and visibility targets
- Drive use of Picture of Success to activate brands at the point of purchase
- Identify opportunities and guide development/execution of strategies to maximize Bacardi's On-Trade performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address challenging business needs and deliver value creationResponsabilidades
- Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality or similar
- Field sales experience of at least 3 years in a leading FMCG company
- Affinity with Hotels, Events and/or Promotions
- Knowledge of cocktails or advocacy experience
- Strong result-orientation and opportunity-seeking mindset
- Proficiency in MS Office with emphasis on Excel
- Fluency in English and Spanish; other languages are a plusRequisitos principales
