Your Key Responsibilities Will Be (Reporting To Store Manager)
- Lead by example in effectively building and maintaining customer relationships, operational procedures, tasks and processes.
- Support and offer guidance to staff within the store focused on the delivery of the required standards of (visual) merchandising, presentation, and promotional activity.
- Recognize product flow opportunities and partner with management and Associates on process improvements.
- Manage back of house operations and share in the cleaning duties of the store where required.
- To meet or exceed store sales target. To achieve the brand standard of customer service and selling, product presentation and merchandising.
You Have The Following Experience And Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
- 1-2 years of professional experience. Minimum of 1 year of experience in the field or related position.
- Good communication skills.
- Fluent Spanish and English.
- Customer oriented.
