The Level 1 Voice Core (NGN) SPOC is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects related to level 1 voice core (NGN) and CS for 2G/3G. This includes ensuring effective operation, meeting organizational objectives, and managing relevant tasks and projects.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the level 1 voice core (NGN) and CS team.
- Develop and implement strategies and policies for level 1 voice core (NGN).
- Monitor performance and implement improvements.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in the Telco/IT field.
- Extensive experience in level 1 voice core (NGN) and CS.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
