Within the Additional Material Department of Tetra Pak Closures based in Alcala de Guadaira (Sevilla), we are looking for a WCM & E&T intern who can support the WCM coordinate in applying the continuous improvement methodology, implementing the introduction of Global Digital tool and achieving the factory KPI'S. What you will do Member of Quality & WCM department and Education & Training pillars where the main responsibilities are: Be active part of continuous improvement of factory performances: Safety, Quality, Productivity, Cost and Environment Participate to quarterly WCM audit Support WCM pillars with the implementation of Global Digital Tools (POKA, myjobcard, QDA…) Give active contribute as member of Education and Training Pillar. Ensure the OTIF of improvement teams Coach and support teams driving for the correct WCM methodology implementation Administration and analytical support for WCM office and E&T pillar. Participation in pillar meetings and minutes meeting preparation. Pillar skill matrix management for all pillar Integration with POKA. Participation in improvement initiatives and teams. Working closely with all departments on site to define and implement powerful training and coaching plans for all employees Ensure Education & Training Pillar training material and tools provided at global level are available at factory level, are clearly understood and being used Benchmark with other pillars and factories.
