The HR Experience Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of our global benefits programs, ensuring processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned with Deel’s global growth. Responsibilities include managing the delivery and administration of employee benefits across Deel’s Employee of Record (EOR) services in over 90 countries, optimizing workflows, enhancing user satisfaction, and ensuring operational excellence. You will lead initiatives to streamline HR operations, improve efficiency, and support the HR Experience team in delivering top-tier service worldwide.
Key responsibilities:
1. Project managing the renewal process for existing benefits policies, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
2. Conducting quality audits of benefits-related data.
3. Creating processes to streamline benefits operations, ensuring scalability and efficiency in benefits administration.
4. Participating in special projects and initiatives within HR and Benefits.
5. Ensuring the quality of HR operations in assigned countries.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 5+ years of experience in benefits operations or related fields, preferably in a global, fast-paced environment.
* Strong project management skills with a track record of process improvement and operational efficiency.
