WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
As a Technical Product Owner, you will lead and own the development and performance of a specific IT product throughout its lifecycle: analysis, monitoring, development, maintenance, and improvement.
You will collaborate with development teams, support user story creation, coordinate testing, and approve release plans.
You will ensure compliance with technical quality and performance standards within your IT products.
We need someone like you to help us in different areas:
* Lead proposals for processes or areas to drive digital transformation, improve efficiencies, and add value.
* Have a clear vision of user experience in digital channels and focus on optimal user stories.
* Translate user stories into detailed technical requirements, ensuring documentation of 'definition of ready' and 'definition of done.'
* Support stakeholders in prioritizing user stories and technical items, including defect management.
* Assist development teams in balancing effort between new features and defect resolution.
* Manage dependencies within and across IT products.
* Support acceptance testing based on criteria, coordinate testing activities, and ensure quality standards.
* Keep delivery teams updated on business changes, in coordination with Business Product Owners and other Technical Product Owners.
* Approve final release plans in collaboration with the Release Manager.
* Analyze and report on delivery progress, risks, and opportunities.
* Manage technical debt with support from Software Architecture leads.
EXPERIENCE
* Relevant IT experience, including user management, scope changes, and digital channel projects.
* Experience with digital channels (web/apps), transformation, or evolution programs.
* Experience in large banking transformation programs is valuable.
* Experience with Corporate and Investment Banking products is a plus.
EDUCATION
* Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
* Experience with Front End Technologies (Angular, Node, API development, integrations).
* Knowledge of testing frameworks, performance testing, and UI testing; experience writing unit tests.
* Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, data acquisition, and data warehouse services.
* Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
* Leadership skills to motivate development teams.
* Ability to analyze and implement complex programming solutions.
* Experience with test plans, test cases, and software development lifecycle.
* Self-motivated, adaptable to Agile environments, with experience in Scrum, Kanban, and DevOps.
* Team-oriented with good stakeholder communication skills.
