✍️ WHAT WILL YOU DO?
We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks:
* Perform new OS builds and upgrade Windows Servers (2012, 2016 to 2019).
* Apply Windows Server patches and perform regular OS health checks.
* Monitor system performance and resolve operating system issues.
* Manage Windows file systems, clustering, and DFS.
* Administer file servers and secure file transfer solutions.
* Handle incidents, service requests, problems, and change management tasks.
* Provision new servers and onboard hosts as per requirements.
* Perform VMware VM administration, including snapshot management.
* Maintain VMware ESXi hosts and perform scheduled maintenance.
* Support day-to-day operations in both physical and virtual environments.
🧐 WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR IN YOU?
* Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
* Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles
* Native Spanish Speaker
* Advanced English Language
* Strong experience with Windows Server 2012, 2016, and 2019.
* Expertise in VMware ESXi 7 and virtual machine management.
* Expertise in Incident, problem, and change management processes (ITSM tools)
* Hands-on knowledge of: Windows Server patching and monitoring, Filesystem and cluster administration, File Server and DFS management, Secure File Transfer Protocols (SFTP, FTPS),
* Basic understanding of Citrix and Microsoft Exchange environments.
* Knowledge of VMware and OS license management.
* Familiarity with vCenter, vRealize, and VMware NSX technologies.
* Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global team.
* Excellent communication and documentation skills.
* Familiarity with ITIL processes is a plus.

* Workplace: Madrid (On-Site) + Remote work
* Work Schedule: 12x5 rotating shifts from 7am to 7pm
