The Role of MIT F&B:
We offer a unique opportunity for a recent graduate to join Four Seasons Hotel Madrid as an F&B Manager in training! The 18-month program aims to develop the Manager in Training (MIT) into a Supervisor or Assistant Manager, depending on performance. Participants will rotate through various F&B departments including Stewarding, Banquets, Dani Brasserie, ISA, El Patio, and In Room Dining.

What We Look For:
* Recent or upcoming graduate from a Hospitality Management program or other disciplines.
* 1-2 years' experience in hospitality or service industry.
* Leadership experience through work, extracurriculars, or studies.
* Passion for growth within the industry and Four Seasons.
* Ability to anticipate and prioritize guest needs.
* Energetic and professional approach to hospitality.
* Valid Work Permit and fluency in English and Spanish.
