In this role you help clients maximise value from mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and capital markets. You work within an international Deals Transaction Services team to deliver data-driven diligence across buy-side and sell-side engagements. You leverage analytical insights to clarify financial assumptions and support price adjustments. The role offers exposure to global deals, advanced analytics, and a focus on actionable value for clients.

• Identify and review key value drivers in historical and projected periods.
• Leverage Data & Analytics tools to deliver insights on financial and business issues.

Responsabilidades
• Degree in Business/Economics or Engineering
• Fluent in English; Spanish a plus
• 2–3 years of experience in audit
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint
• Data analytics experience (Power BI, Power Query, Power Pivot, Alteryx) is a plus
• Willingness to travel
