About Quota Vita Quota Vita is a Catalan food company built around one idea: protein that tastes like home. We make whey protein formulated and packed with local flavors — crema catalana, horxata — for physically active people in Catalonia who are tired of foreign supplement brands that all taste and sound the same. We sell direct through our Shopify store and through local retailers, gyms, and health professionals. We're small, founder-run, and growing fast, which means you'll touch real work from day one, not fetch coffee.
The role You'll work directly with the founder on the day-to-day marketing that moves the business: content for social (organic and paid), basic market and competitor research, customer and retailer communication, and help keeping campaigns and reporting on track. It's hands-on, broad, and a genuine look at how a brand gets built from the ground up.
What you'll do
- Create and schedule content for Instagram, TikTok, and Meta, in Catalan.
- Help plan and run marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
- Do simple market and competitor research and turn it into something usable
- Support B2B outreach to shops, gyms, and prescribers
- Help track performance and gather customer feedback
What we're looking for
- Native or fluent Catalan, plus Spanish and English.
- You write clearly and naturally — no corporate filler, no gym-bro hype
- Genuine interest in food, nutrition, or building a brand
- Organized, proactive, comfortable owning tasks without hand-holding
- Currently studying or recently finished in marketing, communications, business, nutrition, or similar
- Comfortable with social platforms; design or video-editing skills (Canva, CapCut) are a real plus
