The Application Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of enterprise applications across the EMEIA region. This role ensures that business-critical applications are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic objectives. The manager will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement in application delivery processes.

Cualificaciones:

- Lead the discovery, planning, execution, and delivery of application projects across multiple business units.
- Design of end-to-end solutions that integrate business processes, data, applications, and infrastructure.
- Define and analyze requirements; develop/maintain project plans and documentation; manage project budget, capital and expenses; manage quality through acceptance testing; and lead post project retrospectives.
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to prioritize projects, define requirements, design, develop, implement the required IT enablement to meet business requirements and ensure alignment with business goals. Develop and monitor metrics and KPIs to track progress against targets
- Coordinate IT and business resources to successfully execute projects
- Manage project timeline, dependencies, and resources in coordination with general IT teams and business teams
- Manage vendor relationships and service-level agreements (SLAs) for application support and development.
- Oversee application lifecycle management including upgrades, patches, and decommissioning.
- Ensure compliance with internal governance, security, and data protection standards.
- Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to assess delivery effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business users to ensure transparency and responsiveness.
- Lead quarterly Project Reviews and Portfolio Prioritization with regional leadership team.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and trends to recommend strategic investments.
- Travel: approximately 10-20%.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsabilidades:

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in application delivery or IT project management.
- Proven track record of managing complex application portfolios and delivery teams.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle EBS), middleware, and integration platforms.
- Experience working in a multinational environment.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- PMP or ITIL certification
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
