Responsibilities include:
* Executing processes related to payments and Deel-branded debit cards.
* Reviewing and recording data accurately in our system.
* Handling customer inquiries related to payments and debit cards.
* Coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
* Improving processes, tooling, automation, and user experience.
* Creating and maintaining process documentation.
Requirements:
* 0-4 years of experience in high-volume operations, preferably in FinTech or startups.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Data-driven with a structured problem-solving approach.
* Highly organized with attention to detail.
* Service-oriented mindset.
* Willing to work extra hours during busy periods.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment.
* Within the AMER (Central America) region.
