Overview
This role is part of a large-scale ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management transformation delivered by a leading IT consultancy on a complex, multi-country programme. You will play a key role in migrating a legacy hardware asset management platform to ServiceNow HAM, working closely with senior stakeholders, delivery teams, and end customers in a highly regulated environment. You will benefit from long-term contract stability, hands-on involvement in an enterprise-grade ServiceNow HAM programme, and the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in the EU while contributing to a mission-critical transformation.
Responsibilities
* Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements with a strong focus on ServiceNow HAM
* Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders, consultancy delivery teams, and technical specialists
* Analyse large and complex data sets to identify improvements, enrichment opportunities, and data quality remediation
* Map existing business processes and design improved, automated workflows using ServiceNow Flow Designer
* Support definition and optimisation of hardware asset lifecycle processes including tracking, inventory, decommissioning, and reporting
* Assist with testing and validation to ensure delivered solutions meet business and functional requirements
* Produce clear and structured documentation including functional specifications, user stories, and process documentation
* Present solutions, progress updates, and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management
Skills / Must have
* 3+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst
* At least 1 year of hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience
* Strong experience with ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM)
* Solid understanding of asset lifecycle management, data integrity, and reporting
* Experience analysing large data sets and translating insights into actionable process improvements
* Proven ability to define complex processes for development teams and workflow design
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Experience working in Agile environments and with tools such as JIRA
* Excellent spoken and written English (minimum C1)
* Comfortable working in international, multicultural, and customer-facing environments
* Long-term contract on a flagship programme delivered by a large IT consultancy
* Fully remote working from any EU country
* Limited travel only. approximately 3 customer visits per year to Belgium or Luxembourg, included in the rate
* Exposure to enterprise-scale ServiceNow HAM programmes
