**Job Overview**
Compensation: Competitive based on experience + large OTE potential
**Responsibilities**
- Create and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives.
- Establishing and growing our presence within the Ibero-America Sales Region, including Spain, Portugal and LATAM, with a focus on building our existing accounts.
- Managing a sales opportunity from lead generation through to contracting and day-to-day account management.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients and maintain regular communication to ensure their needs are being met.
- Sourcing new Sales Agency partners and ensuring they are sufficiently trained and successfully representing our technology.
- Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions and end-user workshops to help promote and evangelize our software.
- Building relationships with clients to identify new sales opportunities, whilst ensuring they are getting the most out of our software and services.
**Essential**
- Proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets or expectations within the Ibero-America region or similar markets.
- Strong understanding of regional cultural nuances, business practices, and language proficiency (Spanish and Portuguese preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to develop strategic plans that drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and logistics.
- Ability to analyse market data effectively and adapt strategies accordingly. This role is ideal for a proactive professional eager to make a significant impact in a integral organisation while advancing their career within an innovative industry sector.
- Excellent written and spoken English and Spanish skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
- Good problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.
- Passion for technology and happy to get hands-on!
**Desirable**
- Completed a relevant degree (IT, Telecoms, Business, Communications, Media)
- Written and spoken Portuguese
