We're looking for a Brand & Reputation Marketing Manager to own how our brands areperceived externally across app stores, review platforms, social channels, and employerbranding touchpoints.
This is a new role within the company. We are not looking for someone to maintain existingprocesses, we are looking for someone with a strong builder mindset who can create themfrom zero.
You'll have high ownership and will be responsible for identifying opportunities, buildingprocesses, creating structure, and pushing initiatives forward independently.
What You'll Do
App Store ReputationOwn App Store & Google Play ratings/review strategy across all appsMonitor trends, sentiment, and recurring user feedbackPartner with Customer Support, Product, CRM, and Marketing teamsBuild initiatives that improve ratings and user perception
Trust & ReputationOwn reputation across Trustpilot, Reddit,, and similar platformsMonitor sentiment and recurring complaintsIdentify risks and opportunitiesBuild action plans that improve trust and perception
Social & Influencer PerceptionMonitor how users, creators, and influencers discuss our appsUnderstand recurring narratives and trendsRecommend strategies that improve brand perception
Employer BrandSupport Prime Insights employer branding initiativesImprove visibility across Glassdoor, LinkedIn, Great Place to Work, and related channels
Build Systems & ProcessesDefine workflows and create scalable processes from scratchBuild reporting, structure, and playbooksDrive initiatives with high ownership and little oversight
