Position Overview
- The selected candidate will participate in the comprehensive development of luxury villa projects and bespoke architectural works, collaborating closely with the design and management teams.
- The role involves coordinating and developing technical documentation, supervising project deliverables, and ensuring architectural and technical quality throughout all project phases.
Professional Profile
Education
Qualified Architect.
Experience
- Between 5 and 7 years of experience working in architecture studios.
- Proven experience in luxury villas or bespoke architectural projects.
- Experience in the full development of architectural projects from concept to completion.
Technical Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Solid knowledge and professional experience working with BIM methodology.
- Ability to develop projects from conceptual design through execution stages.
- Experience in preparing technical reports, project scheduling, and deliverable management.
- Ability to supervise technical documentation, including schematic design, executive projects, and construction details.
- Ability to produce detailed conceptual drawings and presentations.
- Strong knowledge of urban planning regulations on the Costa del Sol, especially Marbella.
- Experience with planning and management tools such as Excel, Trello, or similar platforms will be valued.
Languages
- High level of Spanish & English, both written and spoken.
