Role Overview
As a Sales Intern, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. Your main mission will be to qualify leads, understand client needs, and guide them through the CUBRO process.
This role is key to our success: by identifying high-potential opportunities, you help ensure our Account Managers can focus on what they do best — building relationships and closing sales.
What You’ll Do
Be the first voice clients hear when reaching out to CUBRO
Qualify leads: quickly assess client potential and interest level
Identify client needs and guide them to the right next step
Ensure Account Managers receive well-prepared opportunities
Keep client information organized and accurate in our CRM
Manage several client conversations with structure and clarity
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or in progress)
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Languages :
Spanish: High level, both spoken and written
English / French / German : a plus, but not mandatory
