Experteer Overview In this role, you will act as a trusted partner to business stakeholders within the Commercial Insurance domain, driving end-to-end business analysis and ensuring IT delivery aligns with business goals. You will proactively identify needs, model processes, and translate complex requirements into clear documentation and acceptance criteria. You’ll collaborate with product owners, developers, and testers to shape solutions that meet regulatory and operational needs. - Act as a trusted partner to stakeholders across underwriting, operations, distribution and other commercial insurance functions
- Proactively identify business needs, inefficiencies, and opportunities even when requirements are not clearly defined
- Lead end-to-end business analysis activities: elicitation, requirement definition, process modeling and optimization, impact and gap analysis
- Translate business requirements into clear, structured documentation (BRD, user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria)
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and IT delivery, working with product owners, developers, architects, and testers
- Support solution design by validating that proposed solutions meet business, regulatory, and operational needs
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, bringing structure and best practices to the BA discipline
- Operate effectively in evolving priorities and ambiguous environmentsResponsabilidades
- Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst, ideally within commercial insurance or financial services
- Strong understanding of insurance concepts (underwriting, policy lifecycle, pricing, claims, distribution)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to structure complex topics
- High level of autonomy and ownership
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills for business and technical audiences
