1. An excellent Master’s, Diploma, or Doctoral degree in Industrial Engineering (technical or business focus)
2. Relevant practical experience in the industrial, construction, or mobility sector (max. 3 years between Bachelor and Master, max. 1 year after graduation)
3. At least 4 months of international experience (study or work abroad)
4. A strong passion for Project Management
5. Fluency in English and Spanish (C1–C2 level)
6. Flexibility and mobility throughout the program
