We are looking for a high-energy BDM to lead our expansion in Iberia. We are a fast-scaling, Series C-funded start-up that values speed and autonomy over perfect processes.
The Role
This is a \"boots on the ground\" B2B role. You will spend 80% of your time traveling (4 days a week) to meet retail partners and manufacturers face-to-face.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive Sales: Map out the territory and sign new retail partners.
* Manage Accounts: Maintain high-volume relationships with existing stores.
* Negotiate & Procure: Secure the best terms with local manufacturers and streamline supply chains.
* Network: Build a presence that makes us the \"partner of choice\" in the region.
What You Need
* 3+ years experience in Sales, BDM, or Account Management.
* Road Warrior Mentality: You must be willing to travel 4 days/week with regular overnight stays.
* Negotiation Skills: A proven track record of closing deals and securing favourable terms.
* Versatility: Comfortable talking to everyone from local shop owners to CEOs.
* Agility: You thrive in a \"move fast, break things\" environment.
