We are looking for a Commercial Leader to join our team at FomRox, Cimsa Cementos España.


As the Commercial Leader at FomRox, an innovative insulation material which will disrupt insulation market, you will be responsible for:


* Create and shape a transformative journey toward commercial success and take an integral role in achieving it,
* Be part of Sabancı Group, a respected and stable organization with long-term credibility and backing,
* Developing and executing commercial strategies to drive business growth,
* Identifying market needs and growth opportunities, initially at the national level and progressively expanding to international markets,
* Generating, qualifying, and nurturing the sales funnel, creating and building strong relationships with key players in the insulation market,
* Developing a relationship ecosystem with the main stakeholders in the construction and insulation market,
* Ensuring customer satisfaction by correctly prioritizing according to the value of the account,
* Negotiating commercial terms for offers, pre-offers, and letters of intent with clients and partners,
* Coordinating with leaders in manufacturing, product, and project management within a dynamic, international team based in different countries,
* Supporting the material validation process with customers,
* Generating and ensuring the successful execution of pilot projects with new clients and partners, including working with installers for product validation if necessary,
* Representing the company at trade fairs and industry events.


This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements:


* Bachelor's degree in a related field,
* Advanced level of English (minimum B2) is preferred,
* Proven experience in organizing and managing sales plans,
* A strong track record in sales execution,
* An existing, solid network within the insulation industry,
* Ability to develop and execute sales strategies in foreign markets,
* In-depth knowledge of how facade insulation solutions are composed, designed, and constructed,
* Strong understanding of the strengths of different insulation products and potential adoption barriers,
* Direct experience with the needs of various stakeholders in the construction value chain (developers, contractors, installers, etc.),
* Ability to lead and develop commercial activities in international markets,
* Capability to lead problem-solving processes involving cross-functional teams such as product development, manufacturing, and delivery,
* Leadership skills to manage a small, dynamic team in a fast-growing environment (would be an advantage),
* Experience working in international and/or remote teams,
* A valid driving license,
* Availability for travel.
