Position
We are looking for a Translation Project Manager to join our team and provide support to the Marketing team of a division of one of our main clients, the multinational technology company HP (Hewlett‑Packard).
Role Overview
As Translation Project Manager, you will act as the bridge between the Marketing team and external translation vendors. You will ensure that all marketing assets for the Large Format Printing division are translated and localized into the required languages, delivered on time, and meet the expected quality standards. Responsibilities
* Project length: Coordinate with external translation vendors to ensure all marketing assets are delivered in the required languages, on time and at the expected quality.
* Support budget tracking and cost control for localization projects.
* Review translated assets for quality, consistency, and accuracy before delivery.
* Proven experience in project management, ideally in translation, localization, or marketing asset management.
* Familiarity with working with external vendors and coordinating multiple simultaneous projects.
* Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken); Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and consistency.
* Comfortable using project management or workflow tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Monday).
