Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the operation of Retail Management, including POSM design, production, and retail deployment.
2. Monitor sales objectives (SO) to ensure retailer target achievement.
3. Conduct retail penetration analysis to gain market insights and manage retail coverage effectively.
4. Manage retail co-marketing campaigns, including roadshow activities, ROI calculations, seasonal campaigns, and achieving sales objectives.
5. Oversee field force management, including hiring, execution, KPI setting, and agency management.
Job Requirements:
1. Proficiency in Spanish is mandatory; English is preferred.
2. At least 3 years of experience in retail management operations, preferably within the consumer electronics industry.
3. Strong data analysis and ROI calculation skills to maximize campaign budget utilization.
4. Ability to independently manage suppliers and negotiate with retailers.
5. Good logical thinking, management, coordination, operational execution, learning ability, and stress resistance.
