CIB IT
CIB IT Spain is responsible for CIB European local applications, providing Application Development and Maintenance (ADM) and Application Production Support (APS) services to its internal clients. It manages the planning and implementation of BAU activities, initiatives, and projects for local BNPP systems within European territories, ensuring compliance with Group IT rules and standards.
ABOUT THE JOB
MISSION
As part of the IT Development team of CIB IT Spain, your main responsibility will be to lead the development of .NET in-house applications, ensuring continuity, compliance with standards and cybersecurity rules, and maintaining application quality. You will manage related maintenance and development tasks.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Analyze and understand business needs, proposing sustainable solutions aligned with good practices.
* Engage stakeholders in defining and validating requirements, assessing impacts.
* Ensure applications are functional, maintainable, and upgradeable.
* Report on service continuity, deadlines, and budgets.
* Propose methods to optimize and increase efficiency.
* Analyze incidents, propose preventive actions, and identify improvements.
* Help estimate and establish roadmaps for applications.
* Oversee implementation and quality of changes in production.
* Follow go-live processes, assess impacts, and suggest adjustments.
* Support team commitments and develop professional networks.
REQUIREMENTS
* Bachelor's degree in a science-oriented field.
* Ideally over 7 years of experience in IT.
* Experience across the entire development cycle, from requirements to production support.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in .NET development.
* At least 3 years analyzing software solutions and supporting releases in production and testing environments.
* At least 1 year leading a development team, prioritizing tasks, and guiding team members.
LANGUAGES
* Spanish - Fluent
* English - Fluent
SKILLS
* Technical knowledge of .NET Framework, .NET Core, MVC, Entity Framework, APIs, Powershell.
* Data knowledge of relational databases, Oracle SQL/PLSQL.
* Desirable: Software architecture knowledge.
