Job Description: You will be the core driver of Cainiao’s logistics automation business expansion in Europe, owning end-to-end sales performance and strategic market penetration. Market Expansion and Sales: Lead Europe-focused sales of logistics automation solutions (warehousing/sorting integration, AGV/AMR, smart logistics). Drive the end-to-end sales process, from initial client engagement to contract closure. Track EU market trends, competitive dynamics, and ensure compliance with local regulations.
Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related fields; Master’s degree is a plus.
~5+ years of business development/sales experience in logistics automation, with a focus on warehousing/sorting automation integration, AGV/AMR systems, or smart logistics solutions
~ Existing high-quality client resources in Europe’s logistics, e-commerce, or manufacturing sectors (a key differentiator).
~ Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English & local language.
