The adecuado candidate will have a strong engineering background, excellent communication skills, and experience in technical sales.Key Responsibilities:
Technical Sales: Develop and execute technical sales strategies to meet company goals and targets in the Madrid region.Customer Support: Provide technical support and guidance to customers, assisting with product selection, application, and integration.Market Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding Glenair's presence in the Spanish market.Solution Selling: Work closely with customers to understand their technical requirements and propose effective solutions using Glenair's product portfolio.Account Management: Manage and nurture existing accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.Sales Forecasting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports, providing insights and recommendations to the Regional Sales ManagerCollaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, product development, and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.Trade Shows and Events: Represent Glenair at industry trade shows, conferences, and events to promote products and network with potential clients.Training: Conduct product training and technical presentations for customers and partners.Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and industry regulations. Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field).Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of technical sales experience in the aerospace, defense, or other mission critical markets.Technical Skills: Strong technical background with the ability to understand and explain complex products and solutions.Communication: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Travel: Willingness to travel extensively the allocated region, and occasionally to other locations as required.
